At NorthPaw, we want your order to arrive as smoothly as your dog settles into a good nap. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
Because we work with a small number of trusted suppliers to bring you premium quality at a fair price, shipping times vary slightly depending on the product:
- Standard items: typically arrive within 1–2 weeks of processing
- Select items: may ship faster, with delivery in as little as 3–8 business days
Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page. We know waiting is the hardest part — we're always working to bring these times down as we grow.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay in the loop.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey home.
Delays
While we work hard to get every order to you on time, occasional delays can happen due to high demand, weather, customs processing, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order is running significantly behind its estimated window, reach out to us at support.northpawpets@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [insert support email] with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
International Shipping
NorthPaw ships to most countries worldwide! International delivery times typically range from 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Please note:
- Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are collected by your local customs office or delivery carrier.
- International tracking may update less frequently than domestic tracking, especially once your package reaches your local postal service.
- Some remote or restricted destinations may experience longer delivery windows or additional restrictions — if you're unsure whether we ship to your area, reach out before ordering and we'll confirm.
